Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policies:

  1. Please contact our customer support department within 48 hours of delivery if you have a question with our website's services (Customer Care Number/Email will be provided).
  2. Refunds appears to work:
    • Within 14 working days of receipt the cancellation notice, if the service has already started.
    • Within 14 working days of the date of cancellation if the service has not yet begun.
  3. There will be no refunds if the supplier receives incorrect or incomplete documentation, or an incorrect address.
  4. All return expenses are the purchaser's liability (Unless the service received is problematic).

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you need to cancel an order, do so within 24 hours of placing it. Your order's community cannot be cancelled. We recommend terminating the whole service and repurchasing the necessary amount to make the transaction go more seamlessly.
  2. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank processing fee of 2.5 percent of the gross service value.
  3. In some cases, the organization may be forced to cancel a specific order.
  4. If a service is to be cancelled in any situation, the process follows the vendor's individual return policy.
